At Kashkha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your modest fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Kashkha account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and packaging intact inside the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
